Chocolate Mousse Recipe 


* 200 grams dark chocolate

* 4 egg yolks

* 3 egg whites

* 70 g sugar

* 300 ml heavy cream


* Melt chocolate on double boiler.

* Add egg yolks in a bowl, add sugar and beat it.

* Then to another bowl, add egg whites and whip them. Make sure the egg whites are very very whipped or else the mousse will flop.

* Add heavy cream in another bowl and whip them well but don’t over whip it.

* Add melted chocolate in the egg yolk mixture. (Chocolate should be cooled down before adding)

* Add the whipped egg whites and whipped cream into the chocolate mixture and mix well.

* Put it in any glass or bowl and let it cool down for at least 6 hours, preferably a whole day before serving.
